Return and Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we prioritize health and hygiene. Because of this, all intimate items, adult toys, and personal care accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We only accept returns and offer refunds on games, subject to the conditions below:
Games Return Policy

1-Week Window: You have 7 days after receiving your game to request a return and refund.

Condition: To be eligible, the game must be completely unused, unopened, in its original shrink-wrap packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of Purchase: You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for a game, contact us at saucysatin@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Except for unopened games within their 1-week window, all other items—including adult toys, wellness accessories, custom products, sale items, and gift cards—cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
Refunds (Eligible Game Returns Only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned game to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
